Here's exactly how this works
The practical stuff for ya, what I need from you, what the three weeks actually look like, and what happens after you hit submit at the bottom.

Your part (it's less than you think)
None of this has to be ready before you apply.
Once you're booked, I'll send you a simple guide walking you through exactly what to gather, and we work through your copy together in a shared doc. Definitely not expecting you to show up with a finished website in a folder ;)
What happens, and when
You gather your things using the guide I send. No rush, your start date doesn't move until you're ready.
Before your start date
About 30 minutes. We go through your business, your niche, your tech, and anything you're wondering about.
Our kickoff call
I build. You go plan trips. I'll reach out if I need something.
Week 1 & 2
You review, I make your edits, and we launch.
Week 3
I'll give you all the tools needed, and it's officially yours!
Launch day
Included & not included
So nothing surprises you
Everything listed on the customization page is included, plus your kickoff call, a full review round, and the many site tools I give you at the end.
- Logo or branding design, that's custom work
- Copywriting from scratch. We use the template as a base, or you bring the raw material, and I shape it
- Your template purchase, Showit subscription, or domain
- Ongoing site management after launch (though the Support Hub is always there, and you can always message me :)
What's not included
Applying doesn't commit you to anything :)
You fill out the application. Takes about five minutes. Nothing's owed and nothing's booked yet.
I'll go through it and get back to you within 2 business days to answer any questions you have and tell you about the next steps.
If we're both in, I send over the contract and invoice.
Once that is signed and your first payment is in, you pick your start date on my calendar, then the fun part starts!
How the process works
So hitting submit doesn't mean you've bought anything. It just starts the conversation. You can still ask any questions, or even change your mind.

Nope! We can chat about choices on our kickoff call, and I can help you decide which template will be best for you, even if it's not one of mine.
Do I need to buy the template first?
It's not a problem! Curating and gathering photos is part of what I do for you. I hold designer licenses for many image libraries, and can legally get all kinds of images to match your brand.
What if I don't really have great photos?
Not a problem at all. Just let me know, and we'll figure it out together on the call.
What if I'm not sure which template I want?
Email me. Truly, that's the whole thing I'm here for.
What if I get stuck gathering my stuff?
That's what the review round is for. You'll see it, tell me what's not working, and I'll fix it. This hasn't gone sideways yet, mostly because the kickoff call catches the big stuff early.
What if I don't like how it looks?
Yep. Just let me know what they need when we're getting everything ready and we can adjust whatever we need to. I've done this plenty of times, no worries at all.
Can you work with my host agency's requirements?
Totally fine, plenty of advisors launch without one. We'll work with what you have and make it look intentional. If you decide you want a real brand down the road, that's something I do too.
What if I don't have a logo yet?
Just tell me. Life happens, and I'd rather move your date than have you scrambling. Just give me a heads up as soon as you know.
